3. Dispatching monthly paper or electronic statements by the Patient Services team after validating all balances.
4. Follow-up calls by our dedicated team after the billing cycle completion, addressing outstanding or pending accounts.
5. Reporting outstanding accounts to the provider after two months of receipt.
6. Additional services such as providing a list of all outstanding accounts for physician and administrative input and delivering self-pay statements with the necessary support for timely reimbursement.
